The Taylor Family Speaker Series
and The Amit Program Present
The Amit Gar’inim School Program
The Amit Gar'inim School is a SACS accredited kindergarten through eighth grade Jewish day school serving children
with diverse learning needs. The word Gar'inim, is the Hebrew word for seeds. We choose this name as our
children are like the seeds of a sunflower. Each child is unique and will grow in their own way into strong, tall,
vibrant adults. To meet the individual needs of each child Gar'inim offers:
- Small group and individualized academic instruction
- Speech and Occupational Therapy incorporated into the school day
- Social/Emotional support which promotes self-awareness and self confidence
- Integrated PE and arts programming with host school promoting overall well-being
- Field trips which promote the generalization of learned concepts into everyday life
Gar'inim's unique program allows us to serve a wide range of learners including those with language based learning
disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and those with other developmental delays and medical conditions.

made a special gift for their families and enjoyed latkes and treats.
